As part of the medical component of the project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support", the Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" donated a specialized shipment to support health centers in the village of Shyroke, Mykolaiv region.

Active fighting continued in the community for nine months, resulting in significant damage to local health centers (former paramedic and midwifery stations) by the enemy. In order to restore full access to medical services for community residents, a constant search for additional resources to improve the material and technical base of medical facilities is ongoing. In response to a request from the Shyroke Village Council, the Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya donated a shipment of medicines (as listed), medical scales, rapid tests (to determine cholesterol, glucose, hemoglobin, etc.), and other consumables to the community.

The project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support" is being implemented by the Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" with the support of "terre des hommes Deutschland e.V." and funding from the German Federal Foreign Office.
