Medical aid to support Borozenske outpatient clinic in Kherson region

08/04/2025

As part of the medical component of the project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support", Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" has donated specialized medical cargo to the Borozenske Outpatient Clinic of General Practice of Family Medicine.

The humanitarian aid included more than 70 medicines. These medicines will be useful for the residents of eight settlements of the Borozenske community, which are served by the Borozenske Outpatient Clinic of General Practice of Family Medicine and the corresponding first-aid posts. As of the beginning of 2025, 2500 people live in this community.

Unfortunately, due to the military aggression of the russian federation, as well as the occupation of the community, the property of the Borozenske Outpatient Clinic of General Practice of Family Medicine and its first-aid posts was destroyed or damaged. To fully restore the work of medical institutions, there is a constant need to strengthen their material and technical base.

The project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support" is being implemented by the Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" with the support of "terre des hommes Deutschland e.V." and funding from the German Federal Foreign Office.
