Director of the Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" Nataliya Kabatsiy, together with a member of the Free Svydovets movement Orest Del Sol, took part in a series of working meetings in Switzerland.

In particular, the Ukrainian delegation met with deputies of the canton of Bern and other initiative groups of Swiss officials who are interested in the problems of Ukraine, the current situation in the country, and are concerned with the issues of Ukrainian refugees. The delegation also met with Jacques Gerber, delegate of the Swiss Federal Council for Ukraine, who heads the project unit that combines the competencies of three administrative offices: the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation at the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, the Peace and Human Rights Division at the State Secretariat, and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs at the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research.

"We continue to communicate with foreign institutions that implement strategies to support Ukraine and build sustainable ties with Ukrainian civil society. In the issues in which we have long-term expertise, it is important for us to emphasize the circumstances of the war, which cause a shortage of time for decisions, especially those related to the social sphere, healthcare and other sensitive sectors. Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya has been cooperating with Swiss associations and foundations for a long time and hopes to scale up this experience, including through a dialogue with authorized officials of the Swiss Confederation", Nataliya Kabatsiy said about the working visit.
