Within the framework of the project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support", we continue to support healthcare facilities in different regions of Ukraine.

This time, the specialized medical cargo was donated to the Kalynivka outpatient clinic of general practice of family medicine of the Kalynivka territorial community in Kherson Oblast. As a result of the russian occupation and active hostilities, the Kalynivka outpatient clinic, Blahodativka and Bobrovyi Kut first-aid posts and territorial health centers were destroyed and damaged. Therefore, medical institutions and their patients are in dire need of medical supplies and consumables.

The Kalynivka outpatient clinic of general practice of family medicine, Blahodativka and Bobrovyi Kut first-aid posts serve residents of nine settlements, namely Kalynivka, Blahodativka, Bobrovyi Kut, Zapovit, Zelenyi Hai, Kovanivka, Mala Seidemynukha, Novohrednyeve, and Novopoltavka. In total, the community has more than 1500 residents.

In response to a request from the medical institutions, the Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya sent a shipment to Kherson Oblast with a hundred medicines that will strengthen the work of the outpatient clinic and first-aid posts.

The project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support" is being implemented by the Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" with the support of "terre des hommes Deutschland e.V." and funding from the German Federal Foreign Office.
