Recently, the director of the Charitable Organisation "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattia" Nataliya Kabatsiy participated in a round table on topical problems of the social sphere in the context of decentralisation in Zakarpattia, which took place in the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration within the framework of the All-Ukrainian tour «Challenges of Social Development in Ukraine».

Discussion of socially important issues in the social sphere at the regional level is the first step to consolidate the efforts of interested and competent institutions - both state and public - to adequately and promptly respond to changes and new conditions dictated by systemic reforms. At this stage, experiences, visions, opportunities and capabilities are combined. In the future, the results of the discussion will be presented in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattia had always an active position in the study and implementation of best practices in the field of social support for vulnerable groups of the population. Communication with like-minded people, international partners, and government agencies is extremely important for the implementation of this mission.
