Ukrainian photographer Alexander Glyadyelov has been nominated for the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine – the highest creative distinction in Ukraine for the significant contribution to the development of culture and art. The author was nominated in the Visual Art nomination.

The friendship between our charity organization and a well-known photographer has lasted for many years. Together, we have worked on photo exhibitions about life in a boarding school, HIV / AIDS and tuberculosis prevention project, a short film competition, Docudays UA International Travelling Documentary Human Rights Film Festival, workshops, and etc. Repeatedly, the world has seen the life of social institutions through the lens of Alexander Glyadyelov.

This year's nomination is a well-deserved recognition of a Person with a big heart, a Person with a topical and always accurate sense of reality, problems of time, modern society…
