Since the beginning of 2026, the Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" has donated about fifteen large generators to educational and social institutions, emergency services, and units of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
These are power generators with capacities ranging from 40 to 630 kW, which have already been delivered to the Kherson, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions. There, the new equipment has bolstered the energy infrastructure of socially important enterprises and utility services, the "FoodTruck: Food Without Borders" humanitarian mission, water and sewage systems, healthcare facilities, and more.
Some of the generators ensure the self-sufficiency of defense facilities in the south and north of the country.

This vital aid was made possible thanks to the Committee’s collaboration with the French associations SAFE and Comité d’Aide Médicale Ukraine, as well as the Swiss non-governmental organization "ProUkraїna." Coordinated efforts with partners, optimized logistics, and the pre-processing of requests allowed the generators to be promptly delivered to their final destinations.

The enemy continues to deliberately target Ukrainian energy infrastructure, depriving people of access to basic necessities—electricity, heat, and communication. The country is experiencing emergency, urgent, and scheduled power outages, which pose a serious challenge for a number of institutions, such as hospitals, shelters, schools, kindergartens, utility services, etc. Therefore, the Committee continues to fulfill requests to strengthen the energy resilience of these facilities.

As a reminder, with the support of the international organization "Electricians without borders" (Electriciens sans frontières), the Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" recently donated 21 power stations of various capacities to healthcare facilities in frontline regions.
