As part of the medical component of the project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support", aid was provided to the Vysokopillya Hospital in the Kherson region.
To help local specialists provide timely and high-quality medical services to the facility's clients, Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" sent medicines for children, vitamins for pregnant women, rapid tests, inhalers, and other types of supplies to the hospital, in accordance with a previously received request.
The Vysokopillya Hospital serves frontline communities, providing inpatient and outpatient care to both local residents and internally displaced persons. During the current period of 2025 alone, Vysokopillya's medical workers have responded professionally to nearly 6,000 requests from citizens.
The project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support" is being implemented by the Charitable Organization "Charity Fund "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya" with the support of "terre des hommes Deutschland e.V." and funding from the German Federal Foreign Office.
