No one knows better than a doctor what exactly the medical facility where he or she works needs to provide quality and prompt services to patients. When forming humanitarian aid within the framework of the project "Improving the Protection of Children in Emergencies in Ukraine by Providing Safe Shelters, Food and Non-Food Items, and Psychosocial Support", we are always in touch with doctors and medical equipment specialists to ensure that the assistance provided is relevant and in demand.

Thus, in response to a request from the Uzhhorod City Primary Health Care Center, CAMZ formed an aid kit that included troponin tests, an automatic defibrillator and a set of five mechanical scales. According to the doctors, the defibrillator is an important device in the work of mobile medical teams, which, despite its compact size, often saves patients’ lives by restoring normal heart function.

Troponin tests are used for rapid testing, which is performed in case of suspected acute myocardial infarction, to determine the presence of myoglobin, troponin, etc. Mechanical scales are an integral part of a doctor’s work in determining the anthropometric data of a patient, both adults and the youngest.

After wishing each other good health, we continued to go about our business with the doctors united by a common mission – to meet certain needs of the population, which are particularly acute during the war.
