On October 8-13 Nataliya Kabatsiy and Kateryna Baleha worked with the Dutch colleagues on elaboration of strategic training program for staff proficiency enhancement and residential care institutions development in order to provide more qualitative social services for children and handicapped persons. This activity was conducted in the frames of the program "Trainers for Trainers: Progress in Psychological Health Service Sector"
Thus, on October 11, 2017 in the Department of Social Protection of Population of Transcarpathian Regional State Administration the Dutch trainers Audry van Vulpen (trainer, strategic adviser and project manager of Pameijer Foundation in Rotterdam), Marjolen Bukker (trainers, specialist of Pameijer Foundation in Rotterdam, psychiatric nurse) and Peter Werdoorn (trainer, strategic adviser and projects leader in the Pameijer Foundation in Rotterdam) together with the representatives of CO "MACZ" conducted the round table on the subject: "Strategic development reforms in service rendering to persons with intellectual incapacity and mental diseases in Transcarpathian region" at the participation of the directors from the residential care institutions for children and psycho-neurological orphanages for adults, the directors of territorial centers and representatives of Department of Social Protection of Population.
In addition, on October 10, the CO "MACZ" initiated the lecture conduct on the Psychiatric Health Day: "Progress in Psychological Health Service Sector" for the students on physiotherapy, ergotherapy and special pedagogics of the Physical Education and Human Health Faculty.
