Based on the Social Abilitation and Rehabilitation Centre "Parasolka" in the city of Tyachiv, the newly created Training and Resource Centre will begin its work. It will become a place where the Charitable Organization "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya", together with its partners, will develop next year socially demanded projects, organize training of young specialists, and gather like-minded people for the exchange of experience and sectoral cooperation.

The initiative to create Training and Resource Centre was implemented from scratch, that is, from the foundation to a full-fledged substantial institution with pre-defined goals and activity plans. Currently, the interior decoration of the building has been completed, part of the offices and other premises have been furnished, the furniture has been thought out that is as convenient as possible for organizing the work of specialists, joint events, training, thematic master classes, etc.

"The Training and Resource Centre is another successful project this year. The more time and ability we have, the more inspiration and strength we get for the next ideas. All those ideas are dictated by the requests and needs of vulnerable segments of the region's population, specialists performing daily socially important work, and the entire sphere of social protection, which is in a state of reform. We are glad that we are on the same wavelength with our friends and partners, who, despite the current force majeure circumstances in the world, remain a reliable support for us in the implementation of such projects as the newly created Training and Resource Center," said Nataliya Kabatsiy, the director of the CO "CAMZ".

In the spring of 2022, the Training and Resource Centre in "Parasolka" will become part of the implementation of the provisions of the tripartite agreement between the CO "Medical Aid Committee in Zakarpattya", Uzhhorod National University and "Parasolka" Association (Switzerland) on the creation of new educational conditions for future specialists working with people with disabilities. We would like to remind that at the end of October, more than 20 students of the "Special Education" and "Physical Therapy. Occupational Therapy." together with their teachers visited Vilshany Children Orphanage and Social Abilitation and Rehabilitation Centre "Parasolka", which were chosen as a base of industrial practice for bachelors of the specified specialties. Students will be trained, among other institutions, in the Training and Resource Center.
